Assembler-Service Tech - (Leeds, AL)

Position description Summary of Position Under direct supervision, perform duties to assemble part and/or equipment in accordance with customer specification and quality standards. Essential Position duties and Responsibilities Review order, build tickets and prints to determine required assembly, exterior finish or any special options. Assemble components according to drawings, instructions and established standards. Proactively identify and write material / hardware shortages on bay white board. Follow inventory replenishment processes. Report all non-conforming parts, materials or drawings to assigned Production Supervisor. Ability to input and scan work order data into MRP/JDE system using RF Scanner, keyboard and mouse and complete required reporting. Consult Assembly Lead/Supervisor on suggestion/guidance to resolve assembly problems.
