HVAC Technician - (New Haven, MI)

Job details The principal responsibility of the HVAC Mechanic is to install, repair and maintain a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, ac, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, boilers, exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers and the like. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following (other duties may be assigned): 1. Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned. 2. Operates & maintains HVAC equipment, including chillers, absorbers, generators, boilers and associated equipment. 3. Inspects HVAC systems and their components for the purpose of the evaluation condition, indemnity necessary repairs and recommending preventative maintenance. 4. Calibrates temperature control related sensors, receivers and transmitters 5. Monitors, troubleshoots and maintains control systems, including pneumatic, DDS / hybrid systems. 6. Effectively monitors and adjusts interior environments via a Building Automation System 7.
