Service Technician - (Jackson, WY)

Position overview Under the direction of the Field Supervisor the service technician is responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting and maintenance of our systems. The Service technician is responsible for installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure min down time and max performance. All installations and service must meet the highest quality standards set forth by the company, while assuring a professional and safe working atmosphere. The technician is responsible for communicating system performance to the customer • Promote and support sales and marketing efforts • Installs and Services all systems sold • Inspects systems per the process as defined by the company
