Crane Service Coordinator / Service Coordinator - (Marion, OH)

Job summary Job Purpose: To manage day to day service operation for the Marion Crane Operations by completing daily responsibilities and openly communicating with Supervisor and Executive Team. Success in this position is measured by building and keeping a good relationship with the customer and the technician ongoing. Strong communication with both customers and technicians will “keep the workflow” moving and our customer base will continue calling for service. The Service Department is a key element to the success of the company. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and direct the local service operation. Visit current and prospective customers to establish and increase the level of service business. Prepare service quotation for repairs and inspections, scope & estimate projects. Planning and scheduling of service work for the technicians. Assisting any direct report actions (promotion, or disciplinary) as required. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
