IT HelpDesk Engineer - (Peabody, MA)

Position summary Job Description: The professional need to keep the IT infrastructure up running and operative for client. The professional should follow Global IT Policies maintaining the system updates and in line with the Global standardization. The professional will take care of physical maintenance and local support to the users and should maintain the helpdesk system updated. Installing and configuring client computer hardware, homologated software, network, printers and scanners following the global specification; Manage user accounts for new users assisting with password or login problems Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware registering all issues in the helpdesk system; 1st level contact with local operators and IT suppliers; Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems Maintain IT procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issue with IT ticketing
