Position details CMM Programmer position in Clackamas area - Day Shift - Full time - $25.00/hr Depending on Background The applicant should possess the expertise to multi-task and adapt to a constantly changing environment. The purpose of the CMM Programmer position is to create new CMM programs, verify program meets customer requirements, prove out CMM process, and ensure all documentation is correct. Duties and responsibilities: Verify all paper work meets the company’s requirements. CAD Modeling. Create CMM programs per customer specifications. Perform 1st article inspections. Perform and automate inspection analysis using CAD, MICROSOFT EXCEL, and VBA programming. Analyze inspection results for best fit evaluation. Generate advanced CMM inspection programs utilizing CAD based inspection programming. Assist in developing advanced processes and systems for inspection programming, data analysis and program automation. Verify part data meets the specific customer specifications.
