Position summary We are seeking a Paralegal Assistant / Construction Industry to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to our Management. Property Damage Restoration Contractor. Responsibilities: Conduct research to support Building Codes, Property Insurance Regulations & Policy, Municipality Regulations, Statue Guidelines, and Case Law. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, construction documents, and emails / letter docs Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal, contract, policy, and case law. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations & codes. Record and store client details ?
