Director of Operations - (Flint, MI)

Position details Represent the interests and goals of Tria. Lead all field operations for multiple Burger King and Arby's locations in aligning to achieve Tria goals. Plan, organize and control the operations of District Supervisors and RGMs to grow the business and ensure attainment of profit and operational business goals . RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Increase profits & sales by visiting each restaurant at least once per month to communicate and maintain operations standards and to ensure all restaurants deliver on QF3. 2. Ensure adequate bench. Recruit and hire Management to staff all restaurants and Area Supervisor positions with “A” players, as well as to maintain a bench for future growth. 3. Develop Certified Training Restaurants, insure the execution of Premier Track and fulfill the DO role in training. Own the integrity of the training process and the use of operational systems to hit goals. 4. Drive the Profit Numbers – lead, coach, and motivate the team to hit food cost, labor and profit goals.
