Responsibilities of Lead Generation Representative: Proactive and outbound lead generation activities including outbound calls, building relationships and effective follow up with key accounts Identify new prospects through B2B efforts and dealer channels Salesforce software and microsoft excel skills Offer additional products and services that improve success of our customer’s projects Order tracking, complaint resolution and general customer service duties as required Accurate data entry and following order processing EDUCATION and/or BACKGROUND for Lead Generation Representative: Bachelor degree preferred · Outbound telesales or lead generation background in technical environment Background increasing
