Facilities / Building Envelope Consultant - (Pensacola, FL)

Job details NOVA Engineering & Environmental is looking for a Facilities Senior Professional/ Project Manager for our Pensacola market with experience in building envelope services, property condition assessments, forensic engineering, and/or roofing-related services. Responsibilities include: Engineering / technical oversight of facilities-related projects Preparation of draft and final reports for distribution Providing oversight, QA/QC, analysis, laboratory testing and field services as required to meet client expectations In-person client consultation and digital correspondence with an emphasis on response time Business development efforts for new business and growth of the company as well as technical presentations to potential clients Preparation of proposals and contract documents Assistance to other company teammates in Pensacola, and with other NOVA offices to promote the overall objectives of the company.
