HVAC Technician - (Boston, MA)

Position details Our Client in the biopharmaceutical industry is seeking a HVAC Technician for a temporary to permanent assignment at its Boston, MA facility. The HVAC Technician will provide HVAC diagnostics and repair and perform general maintenance and repairs on all facets of the facility equipment and infrastructure including mechanical systems, critical environments, and utility systems. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance on all facets of facility equipment and infrastructure to include but not limited to the following: mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls), temperature control systems, critical environments, steam generation, water systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, vacuum systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment, walk-in cold rooms and freezers. Apply local HVAC codes in a practical manner on the job. Work with low voltage wiring. Perform brazing and/or soldering as needed.
