Job summary The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers and Sickles Market. The CSR will be assist with resolving issues, managing complaints/compliments, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. In addition, the CSR must display a passion for active communication and assisting with the needs of the business. The Customer Service Representative will help deliver details regarding sales, store promotions, events, and more. The following are role and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative position: Department Responsibilities · Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide details about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. · Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. · Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
