Parts Associate - (Perrysburg, OH)

Position summary Job Summary The Parts and Service Associate will be responsible for assisting with a profitable and successful branch parts and service department. This position will be responsible for completing parts counter sale transactions for customers, phone transactions, and internet transactions. The Parts and Service Associate will also assist customers with scheduling service and ensure that all equipment is properly documented in and out of the branch. Other tasks will include: parts inventory, stocking parts, ordering equipment parts from numerous different manufacturers, and shipping and receiving parts to other stores and customers; will also be answering phones, data entry, and assisting the branch manager with other tasks; and assisting the service department in work order processing, completing technician paperwork and tracking technician time.
