Parts Counter Associate - (Cambridge, OH)

Position summary Job Summary The Counter Clerk will be responsible for assisting with a profitable and successful branch parts department. This position will be responsible for completing parts counter sale transactions for customers, phone transactions, and internet transactions. Other tasks that the Counter Clerk will handle: include parts inventory, stocking parts, ordering equipment parts from numerous different manufacturers, and shipping and receiving parts to other stores and customers. The Counter Clerk will also be responsible to assist customers with minor research/troubleshooting when it comes to searching and locating the proper parts. Will also be answering phones, data entry, and assisting the branch manager with other tasks.
