We are currently seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support multiple work sites. Position details: The Training Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the skill sets of CT Tool employees by developing and coordinating company training plans. Assignments include (but are not limited to): Coordinate with Department Managers regarding training needs. Develop and Coordinate detailed training programs for manufacturing employees. Assist in developing compensation packages tied to employee training programs. Assess effectiveness of training programs and administer tests after training facets are completed Coordinating career paths for newly hired employees. Manage and maintain Aerospace Industry compliance training.
