Position details SUMMARY The Norwalk Training Coordinator is a new position within our organization which was added due to growth and need. TWI (Training Within Industry) training methodology background in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. The training coordinator develops and conducts technical production training programs for employees, identifies appropriate hourly trainers on all shifts. The training coordinator works closely with Supervisors and Department Managers to assess training needs, implements and sustains effective training programs, assists with technical assessment of new and existing employees, and helps with the creation of development plans and other training tools as needed.
