Kingsley Field Air Base Fire Department This position exists within Base Civil Engineering at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base. The Base Civil Engineer is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and repair of all Oregon Air National Guard (ORANG) real property. Kingsley Field is a 365-acre exclusive use (1200 acre joint use) base supporting 75 buildings covering 491,574 square feet, pavements totaling 219,515 sq. yds. This unit provides fire protection and emergency response for the 173rd Fighter Wing and surrounding communities.
