Human Resources Business Partner (Indiana) - (Fort Wayne, IN)

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) participates in the development of the people strategies for an assigned business unit. The HR business partner also participates in change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. The business partner acts as a member of the management team and provides input to the management team on achieving key business objectives through the development and implementation of programs and practices. The HRBP is also responsible for contributing to the development of a productive work culture and working environment within the assigned business unit. This position acts as a single point of contact to business leaders for all Human Resource needs and coordinates the delivery of solutions through effective teamwork with the HR Discipline heads. This position also acts as coach and confidential advisor to business managers, providing feedback on style and environmental concerns observed within the division.
