Join HGS for shift and weekend differentials THE POSITION Your mission is to offer support to customers who have questions, concerns, or confusion around voice, internet or data installation and connections. In this role, you are the voice behind our helpdesk. You'll build a lasting relationship between our clients and their customers. THE CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inquiries by clarifying desired details; researching, locating, and providing details and in some cases through outbound calling. Determine qualifications by working with customers. Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfil requests by clarifying desired details; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
