IT Support Specialist - (East Greenbush, NY)

Job details The IT Support Specialist is assigned to the Info Technology (IT) department at CIS. Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Support Specialist will partner with other cybersecurity teammates to promote the CIS mission and help support our growth. The primary purpose of this position is to focus on helping end users be successful, secure and productive using the technology assets provided to them by CIS. The IT Support Specialist will collaborate together with other IT staff members supporting projects, security patching, and new applications. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.
