Pay level : $20-30/hour DOE plus benefits (health, dental, life insurance, 401K) Description: Trademark Administration & Patent Litigation Duties: Review draft marketing materials and correspond with internal marketing clients regarding TM best practices Transmittal of quarterly Trademark reports to business clients Update Trademark and Licensing Agreement master files in Serengeti Assist with discovery in patent litigation as necessary Manufacturer, Distributor & Sales Representative State Licensing Renewals: Receive, review and complete application renewal paperwork
