Job details Description: Direct-hire Paralegal opportunity available in Nashville Essential responsibilities Assist attorneys and other paralegals as part of an attorney/paralegal team responsible for the management of trademark portfolio including clearance prosecution maintenance and enforcement. Conduct trademark searches and investigations of trademark use through on-line databases and other on-line resources consult with in-house counsel regarding search results and coordinate communications with clients as well as in-house and outside counsel in support of trademark clearance and risk analysis. File and prosecute trademark and copyright applications maintain and renew trademark registrations and assist counsel in developing application filing strategies. Investigate prepare documents and gather evidence in support of trademark disputes oppositions cancellations or other legal actions. Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel in trademark portfolio and conflict management.
