AVP Treasury & Investor Relations - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Job overview This is a new position and the AVP Treasury & Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective IR and Treasury framework for Hibu Inc. This is a key leadership role supporting the CEO and CFO in all aspects of investor relations and treasury management – debt raising / management, investor communication and support etc. Outstanding communication and business skills are required as is a focus on partnering across the business. Main responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Hibu Inc.’s. Treasury activities to include: Forecast and manage cash flor positions identifying; funds available for investment and / or return to investors Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements Ensure full compliance with the obligations
