CAD Drafter/Designer - (Sacramento, CA)

Position details The CAD Drafter/Designer we are looking for would be responsible for generating accurate, clean and complete floor plans to incorporate into lease proposals and for representing the company in all drafting relationships to produce accurate as-built and conceptual plans for commercial real estate buildings. Key Accountabilities: • Interacts with the owner, brokers and project management team, provides input and advice to mitigate risks • Perform accurate field measurements of existing structures, utilizing BOMA standards, and compile notes • Creates CAD drawings for newly acquired properties and maintain accurate CAD drawings for existing properties • Responsible for designing tenant improvements that are aesthetically pleasing and universally usable • Responsible for having a project strategy that is constructible utilizing standard methods and means • Complete drafting requests in accordance with sound business practices and general corporate policies • Maintain project files
