Outpatient occupational therapist - (Grand Junction, CO)

Part time Outpatient Occupational Therapist / Home Health Infinity Rehab is looking for a full time outpatient Occupational Therapist who is interested in working at this beautiful outpatient clinic and also doing Home Health. This position primarily evaluates and treats the aging adult population and can incorporate other age groups in the community. You will work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on cognitive assessments to ensure aging in place, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient/family education, mobility, ADL training. and pain management. Min Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in the state of Colorado.
