The registered nurse will identify health problems and provide restorative, supportive, and preventive nursing measures to individuals under the home care program in their home by executing the medical regimen prescribed by a licensed physician. The registered nurse will identify health care needs for the patient and their families enrolled in the hospice program to provide education and an environment to assist the patient to a comfortable and dignified death.
