Clinician II (certified Behavior Analyst) - (Bath, NY)

Position overview We are hiring for a Clinician II (certified Behavior Analyst) to help support our new Raise the Age (RTA) program located on our Snell Farm Children’s Center campus in Bath, NY This new program provides youth under eighteen who commit non-violent crimes, secure age-appropriate housing and rehabilitation services to help them re-integrate into their communities, without criminal responsibility. The Behavior Analyst will participate as part of a collaborative, inter-professional team player to provide functional assessment and analysis in treatment development to treat challenging behaviors. This person will also assess skill needs, develop teaching programs to increase the use of necessary skills, and will provide staff and parent training. The Behavior Analyst will be required to: Collaborate with educational program staff to plan for generalization of skills to the home or less restrictive environments. Provide clinical support and/or therapeutic care as assigned.
