Preventive Services Quality Improvement Analyst - (Bronx, NY)

Position details Staff members at CMCS are our greatest asset We are currently seeking qualified and eager Quality Improvement Analyst The Quality Improvement Analyst will hold responsibility for managing the QI process, primarily for the agency’s preventive services programs. The analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing QI processes for a newly created enhanced service model for families receiving preventive services. The analyst will also be responsible for managing the QI process for the agency’s Family Connections, Medically Fragile, and Family Treatment and Rehabilitation preventive programs. The analyst will collaborate closely with preventive program leadership and the QI manager to strengthen and improve practice, business process, and decision-making. They will also serve as the liaison between the agency and the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) regarding performance evaluations and CoQI work.
