Mortgage Vault Specialist - (Reading, PA)

Kelly Services is hiring a Temporary Mortgage Vault Specialist for a highly reputable bank in Reading, PA. Position title: Mortgage Vault Specialist Duration: Temporary assignment until end of March 2019. Position details: Individual will be responsible for handling mortgage loans and legal documents. Review, sort, scan, and place documents in filing order, and file confidential documents. Respond to inquiries and email correspondence. Print labels and perform electronic imaging. Manage inventory system and maintain mortgage loans in vault. Archive loans and scan into database system. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and skills: 2+ years in office support setting; banking knowledge or experience wanted. High-school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and management skills. Expertise to operate independently, and to meet specific deadlines. MUST be detail oriented.
