Job overview This position is located in Tucker/Decatur The Leasing Consultant is the initial contact between a prospective resident and Radius Properties (RAD), it is imperative that this impression is a professional and exciting background. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and demonstrate model units, amenities and community to prospective residents Process applications and lease renewals Communicate politely, skillfully and follow up with all inquiries from prospects and residents Organize and maintain accurate lease files per company procedure Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork on new move ins (i.e. applications, explain lease agreements and addenda, walk through inspection) Work with the maintenance team to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins
