Job summary We are seeking an Insurance Agent to join our team You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Looking for experienced P&C Licensed Sales Producers (LSPs) who will thrive in a busy, target rich environment Our LSPs will be employees of the Agency (not contractors) and will be eligible for company benefits per our current benefits plan. Our Sales Producers will complete insurance needs analysis with each customer to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage, and work with those clients to ensure that their property and/or family is protected. This is not going to be a boring job You will be extremely busy meeting and developing relationships with all types of clients and helping them meet their insurance needs, now and in the future. Working various non-traditional hours may be required, so bring your enthusiasm, flexibility and can-do attitude.
