We are seeking a Used Car Sales representative to join our team! The used car sales associate is responsible for managing the used car lot including customer service, car sales, and inventory management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the operations of the used car lot Locate cars from auctions and other sources for purchase Conduct minor car repairs as needed Able to work retail store hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays Expertise to work in all weather conditions Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of auto parts Strong management expertise 2+ years background selling cars or powersports crafts Background managing a used car lot preferred Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management System (DMS) tools Good technical skills
