Job details Summary Builds and maintains relationships with large health brokers and consulting practices to promote the sale of Transamerica Employee Benefits core voluntary benefits product suite for groups of 1,500 lives and above. Territory will cover Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. Applicants must reside in the territory and prefer applicants in Texas. Position details Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with large brokerage, consulting and enrollment firms within an assigned territory; manage cases over 1,500 lives. Develop technology and enrollment strategies, product placement and enrollment conditions. Work with emerging markets, vertical markets, wholesale markets and e-Commerce teams to generate additional sales. Transition new accounts; provide oversight to account management team and maintain accountability for post-sale service and client/broker relationships.
