Project Manager - (Columbus, OH)
Position overview Lead and manage projects in law enforcement domain from initiation through implementation. Work efficiently on multiple projects, to set priorities and maintain schedules. Review all project related artifacts. Establish project qualifications, priorities, and deadlines Serve as the point of contact to clients and internal teammates. Manage and lead team effectively to achieve project objectives. Manage daily workload of technical staff. Direct and mentor teammates. Manage reporting on project planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking. Perform strategic project planning and goal setting. Create and adhere to defined and mutually agreed upon project plans. Proactively identifies out of scope opportunities during the execution of implementation projects and pursues them in concert with the appropriate teammates. Assist in measuring customer satisfaction during and after implementations. Provide internally-focused product development recommendations based on customer input received.
