Position description RESISTO, a division of SOPREMA is looking for a motivated, detail oriented Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) will act as a liaison, provide product/services details and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for the management of various customer qualifications, to ensure that all clients, both internal and external, are fully satisfied and given impeccable service (from reception of their order to delivery). He or she must be sensitive to the needs of our customers at all times, and perform with the utmost professionalism. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
