Job summary Job Description ASG Info Technologies has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician and Help Desk Assistant . Please note that this position necessitates US Citizenship. SUMMARY The Desktop Support Technician role key responsibilities will be to assist staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology. The Help Desk Assistant role will assist with Help Desk duties. RESPONSIBILITIES Support includes specification, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The position utilizes one-on-one consultancy to end users and Network staff. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. Assist with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software with established standards and guidelines.
