Position description Teaching Parents provide care, educational/life skills training, and supervision to students with special needs in teaching homes and classroom settings. Positions are full time live in on a 24-hr shift. Assists classroom teacher in implementation and evaluation of student educational goals Monitor and assist clients with self-care Effective issue solving and problem sensitivity acumen Develop and schedule activities that lead encourage and lead to client independence Company Description ABOUT US Bayes Achievement Center (BAC) is a residential treatment center and day school program serving special needs students with significant behavioral difficulties, ages 6-22. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) and we are approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as a non-public day school program. BAC is also accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) as a Behavioral Health Care organization.
