Position description This position works directly with Eddies' customers to coordinate personal catering orders in an effort to background a high-quality gourmet meal for a special event. This position works with customers in person or on the phone, assisting in creating an order for any event. There is no onsite set up or service of food items. · Knowledge of upselling techniques and a well-rounded knowledge of food items and ingredients . · Must have a high-level of attention to detail and strong follow up skills. · Organization a MUST. · Proficient PC skills using retail sales registers, Microsoft office suite and other various computer systems. · Must be a results oriented professional with outstanding verbal/written correspondence abilities using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills . · Expertise to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
