Job details Le ad Job duties PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES : With minimal supervision, supports Operations Manager/General Operations Manager by guiding and coaching a group of associates meet departmental goals in Safety, Service, Quality and Cost. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and convey Key Performance Indicators Expertise to lift 20lbs. Expertise to stand for long periods of time Provide onboarding and on the job training to all associates in support of Ops Manager Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates on daily activities Use Ms office programs to create reports and generate communications to management Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
