Job summary Who we are: Founded in 1976, Acorn Distributors Inc. has grown from a small restaurant supply house into a multi-million dollar distributor of floor care equipment, chemicals, sanitary maintenance materials, and foodservice supply products. In 2007 Acorn bought Cottingham Paper, a leader in the Columbus area for janitorial and foodservice supplies. Together, Acorn’s 2 distribution centers in Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH now allow us to service customers throughout the Midwest. Who we are looking for: Our successful sales reps are self-starters who are highly energized and skilled at building relationships. We are looking for someone who can handle various types of customers and situations with professionalism. All qualities needed to turn rejection into a sale. Background in the janitorial or foodservice industry is a plus. We prefer that the successful applicant reside in the Columbus, OH area and have previous background in the region.
