Job summary Security Officer FT Shift available Weekends only Day,Swing, and Graveyard. MUST BE LEVEL 2/3 OR to become level two within 30 days of employment, 1yr BACKGROUND Required The Security Officer is responsible to ensure the safety of a twelve acre Gated Community. Effective communication abilities and Verbal Judo Skills are a must, as Officer interacts with Residents and customers on a consistent basis. Officer will assure and maintain a safe and secure environment for the residents, owners, and employees of the Community by patrolling and monitoring the premises and personnel. Officers are responsible for learning the rules of the community and effectively enforcing those rules. They utilize available monitoring equipment, make patrols throughout complex to detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
