Quality Assurance Call Auditor - (Marietta, GA)

Position summary Marietta Law Firm seeks Quality Assurance Call Auditor. As part of the Compliance Team/Department the most important role of the QA Call Auditor is to listen to recorded calls for assigned staff and to score the calls to identify possible violations according to Federal and State laws, Firm policies and procedures and applicable client qualifications. For consideration all applicants must successfully complete pre-employment qualifications including: drug test, pre-employment experience and prior employment verifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor & Score assigned calls per staff member each month • Maintain and track daily audit sheets - save in proper format and store in appropriate folder daily • Report Call violations according to Firms Call Violation Reporting Policy • Prepare Internal Scorecards for calls monitored as applicable • Prepare Client Scorecards for monitored calls as applicable • Facilitate Internal and Client Administered Call Calibration
