Position overview Jeff Belzer Chevrolet/Dodge/Kia is rapidly growing We are in need of an experienced Service Advisor with a proven ability of great CSI and service sales. Candidate must have a good driving history and pass a experience investigation. Job requirements: Must have a positive attitude Must have a track record of great CSI, strong sales, high effective labor rate and customer hours sold. CDK computer system experience a huge plus. Must have good customer skills Advise customer on needed repairs Communicate well with technicians Work with in OEM warranty quidelines and extended warranty companies Keep customers informed and updated Must keep up on factory training We offer paid vacations. holidays, medical, dental and 401k.
