Floating Teller 1 (or 2 with required experience) - (Oneonta, NY)

Job details Hours/Week: 37.5 hours Location: Based out of Oneonta and travels as necessary to various Branches in the Region Summary: A Floating Teller will provide coverage to several different branches in a defined geographical area. Duties for this position include receiving, paying, keeping accurate records of all monies involved in these transactions and actively listening for customer needs and referring customers to appropriate products based on needs. This position will work under general supervision while performing a variety of duties as a member of a team to provide quality customer service. Perfect candidate with prior cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required. Education and training: High-school certificate or equivalent Skills: Excellent communication abilities Attention to detail Basic math skills Technical skills Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers using quality service standards Accept deposits
