Landscape & Snow Service Crew Supervisor - (Sterling Heights, MI)

Position overview Premier Professional Landscaping is seeking an experienced, motivated and dependable Crew Lead . As a Crew Leader , you will oversee other teammates to create a superior level of quality customer service and attention to detail. Areas of assignments include leadership of the team, provide landscape & snow plow removal & salt services to commercial customers, will oversee the completion of projects assigned daily, responsible for completion of daily work logs, provide front office with supply list and vehicle maintenance report and other tasks as assigned. Preparing truck with supplies for the work day, lifting 50 pounds or more, customer satisfaction and overall project readiness. The workload will be approximately. 85% landscape & snow plow removal & salt services based tasks and 15% administrative tasks in nature. Additional responsibilities may include site visits.
