Job summary Position title: LANDSCAPE FOREMAN – lead and assist in company growth through efficient practices of landscape installation. Develop systems of structure to support communication, safety, training, & profit. Job qualifications: Lead Employees – Open and Close shop / Basic Skills Training Install landscape designs on site. Look for opportunities to ‘up-sell’ on job site with customers. Problem solve through job site challenges. Develop and implement tracking systems for: equipment maintenance, employee hours, job site hours. Compensation: Starting at $14 -$18 / hr depending upon background. Special Skills: 3-five years background in landscape installation; equipment operation – bobcat, blowers, chain saws, brick saws, etc. Notes: This opportunity is open for someone to bring their own talents to the table.
