Associate Process Engineer - (Fitchburg, MA)

Position details What are we looking for? This position will provide technical guidance of daily plant production processes and serve as the technical expert to the production team. This individual will support maintaining transparent, easily understandable, and easily maintainable metrics for safety, housekeeping, quality and productivity. They will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in these areas. They will need to be able to readily identify opportunities, prioritize, and take action to improve asset utilization and production efficiency. They will provide technical support for production related projects as well as lead other applicable projects as needed. They need to be able to collaborate together with process engineers to implement improvements. They will serve as the production technical expert for all production related reviews. They will also serve as the point of contact and owner of product scale ups and changes.
