Job overview Fusion Alliance is looking for a Data Engineer This will be an experienced data pipeline builder and "data wrangler" that is accustomed to preparing data for reporting, analysis, and other target applications. Necessary experience/Skillset: · 5yrs of total background with data roles, including data integration. · two years of SSIS development background; must have good knowledge of versions from 2012 to 2016. · Background with other “data wrangling” and ETL tools such as Talend, Trifacta, Alteryx, TIBCO and Python. · Some exposure with unstructured and semi-structured data, including JSON. · Near expert level SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, and views in SQL Server. · Excellent all-around analysis and data integration design skills. · Solid exposure to data sourcing from various formats, applications, and platforms. · MongoDB background is a plus Optional Capabilities: · Hadoop skills not required but helpful with the role as it will most likely be involved.
