Position description PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking an experienced Painter to work at Whispering Pines and Springhill Apartments in Indianapolis, IN. Position is primarily responsible for evaluating, preparing and performing interior and exterior painting. Position may also be responsible for sheet rock repairs. 2-3 yrs of experience in painting and drywall is required. $500 Sign on Bonus (to be paid in two increments and subject to management discretion) Chosen applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, experience investigation and drug screen.
