Architectural Drafter - (Port Jefferson, NY)

Job Description We are located in Port Jefferson, NY with a firm size from 10-15 people. Over 90% of our architectural practice is devoted to public school construction work that ranges from minor renovation projects to new builds. Our firm serves over thirty school districts in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We work with school districts undertaking small capital improvement programs, such as roof, window and boiler reconstruction to science room and computer lab upgrades ranging from $100,000 to several million dollars per year. Additionally, we work with many school districts in planning and executing multimillion dollar Construction Bond Issue projects. These Facility projects include new school buildings, additions, district-wide computer networking, ADA compliance and a wide range of other educational construction needs.
